Return & Exchange Policy

At Gone Country Couture, we want you to love your purchase! If you receive a damaged or defective item, we're happy to help with an exchange.

Important Notes:

  • All Sale Collection items are FINAL SALE (non-refundable and non-exchangeable)
  • We do not offer refunds or returns
  • Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items only

Exchange Eligibility:

You may request an exchange if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item, size, or color
  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (not placing it)
  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Visit our Exchange Portal: https://gonecountrycouture.com/apps/exchange
  2. Submit your request within 14 days of delivery
  3. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/defective item
  4. Our team will review and approve your exchange request

Exchange Process:

  • Approved exchanges will be for an item of equal or lesser value
  • If your replacement item is lesser value, the price difference will not be refunded or issued as store credit
  • Exchanges are subject to availability - if your desired item is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal or lesser value
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Shipping Costs:

  • Damaged/Defective Items: We cover return shipping AND replacement shipping
  • Wrong Item Sent: We cover return shipping AND replacement shipping
  • Customer Preference (don't like fit, color, style): Exchanges are not available for these reasons
