At Gone Country Couture, we want you to love your purchase! If you receive a damaged or defective item, we're happy to help with an exchange.
Important Notes:
- All Sale Collection items are FINAL SALE (non-refundable and non-exchangeable)
- We do not offer refunds or returns
- Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items only
Exchange Eligibility:
You may request an exchange if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item, size, or color
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order (not placing it)
- The item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached
How to Request an Exchange:
- Visit our Exchange Portal:Â https://gonecountrycouture.com/apps/exchange
- Submit your request within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/defective item
- Our team will review and approve your exchange request
Exchange Process:
- Approved exchanges will be for an item of equal or lesser value
- If your replacement item is lesser value, the price difference will not be refunded or issued as store credit
- Exchanges are subject to availability - if your desired item is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal or lesser value
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
Shipping Costs:
- Damaged/Defective Items:Â We cover return shipping AND replacement shipping
- Wrong Item Sent:Â We cover return shipping AND replacement shipping
- Customer Preference (don't like fit, color, style):Â Exchanges are not available for these reasons
