Exchange Policy

At Gone Country Couture we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged item, you may request an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.

All ONLINE ONLY are FINAL SALE!
Conditions for Exchange:

  • You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item you wish to exchange must be of equal or lesser value than the damaged item.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and unused condition.

 

How to Request an Exchange:

  • Contact our customer service team at deanna@gonecountrycouture.com or call 9093735339 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and details of the damaged item.
  • Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with the necessary information needed. 

 

Additional Information:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you may select another item of equal or lesser value.
  • You will not receive store credit for a lesser value item.
  • Shipping costs for sending the replacement item will be covered by Gone Country Couture if item is damaged upon arrival (See shipping policy).
  • Shipping costs will NOT be covered if customer is displeased with the item received, relating to quality, appearance, smell, color, or size (Unless color or size is wrong from what was originally ordered).

We do not accept returns or offer store credit. Period.
